QUINCY POST OFFICE

The Quincy Post Office project consisted of interior renovations to a fully occupied Post Office including demolition, asbestos and lead abatement, metal studs, sheetrock, acoustical ceiling, painting, flooring, rough and finish carpentry, security, dock levelers, overhead doors, terrazzo, new mail boxes, and extensive millwork as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades. Exterior renovations included a new handicap ramp, demolition of the rear portion of the existing building to accommodate site improvements for a new parking lot including grading, drainage, asphalt, curb setting, line painting, fencing and other associated finishes.
